Dr. Biju is an MBA, MHRM from University of Kerala, M Phil, and PhD in Management from M.G University, Kottayam and have 20 years ofIndustrial Experience and 11 years of teaching experience. Worked in the senior management level for 12 years worked abroad, and the last employer was HYUNDAI Engineering, South Korea. Have served as visiting faculty for MBA schools in and around Kerala. Have published Seven research papers in national and international journals and co-authored three books in general management field. Ten research papers were presented in national and international seminars including IIMs and IIT Delhi. Have accomplished the duty as an advisor of All India Association of Sports for All (AIASFA) in their international Webinars; where the participants attended from around 20 countries and obtained certificates and awards from AIASFA. Have attended FDP trainings sponsored by AICTE and Directorate of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala and have undergone case study training. Currently he is a freelance-consultant and trainer for research methodology and project management.
