Madhava Chandra Kurup M. has over 30 years of experience in establishing, leading and managing High Performance teams in the areas of Systems Solutions and Enterprise Software development as well as Leadership Development for Technical career employees. He has been involved in different areas of IT Services Delivery like Program & Account Management, Department Leader for the Delivery Organisation, and Talent Development. In his last assignment, Mr. Kurup worked as Technical Vitality Leader, India Systems Development Lab, IBM India Pvt. Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from College of Engineering, Trivandrum as well as Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is passionate about leadership development and has travelled extensively across Asia-pacific, Eastern Europe and the Middle East to deliver leadership programs.
